Facture Design founder and principal of the Facture St. Louis Office - Michael contributes decades of experience in modernist and detail driven building design and has extensive experience in construction administration. He is skilled in a variety of project delivery strategies that strengthen the collaborative capabilities of the firm. His experiences have reinforced that success in any endeavor is built upon robust and respectful collaboration conducted with a democratic spirit directed and tempered by strong leadership. While having widely varying duties, providing this leadership is his highest priority. Whether making drawings, conferencing, or visiting a construction site, his first responsibility is to insure that whatever is being created leads towards an architecture that will satisfy the client and stand the test of time. His goal is to deliver to clients the most accommodating, delightful, and beautiful spaces, whether for living or working, and to create buildings that fully support and enhance their lives and their business objectives. Michael conducts the practice as a platform for collaboration on building projects, and most enjoys exploring how people working in unison can create compelling work and effect positive change in our built environment.

Facture Design founder and principal of the Facture Memphis Office - Hunter is a principal level architect and designer with an advanced academic background focused on collaborative design practices, history and theory. He also brings and extensive professional design and management experience in a variety of project types. He is a proven dynamic leader with vision, organizational expertise and a record of delivering innovative and successful project outcomes achieving the highest level of design innovation. Hunter strives to unify the art and science of building in every assignment. On a more direct practice level these successes have been supported by his ability to forge relationships, develop and manage teams, work effectively with engineers and specialty consultants, deliver timely results, and to consistently maximize value while complying with tight budgets. He brings excellent interpersonal and communication skills to each project allowing him to effectively produce and manage multiple projects for private, corporate, institutional and governmental clients.
